2007 Conference
17th Annual Conference from Friday, 23rd November to Sunday 25th November, 2007 at the Victorian Space Science Education Centre (VSSEC) located at Strathmore Secondary College in Victoria.
The Australian Space Research Institute (ASRI) is holding it's 17th Annual Conference from Friday, 23rd November to Sunday 25th November, 2007 at the Victorian Space Science Education Centre (VSSEC) located at Strathmore Secondary College in Victoria. In addition, there will be an AUSROC 2.5 Program Review held on the following Monday 26th November, 2007.
The conference has themes for each day. The Friday is themed the 'State of Australian Space'; the Saturday is themed 'ASRI Program Overviews', including the Small Sounding Rocket Program, the AUSROC launch vehicle program, the satellite program and project overviews from Wagtail solid rocket motor, ASRIJove, HYPER, and Spacecraft Application Software (SCAS).
The ASRI AGM will be hosted after lunch on Saturday. The Sunday will be themed ASRI technical papers and provide more specific technical details on the ASRI programs and projects.
In addition, there is to be a tour of the VSSEC facility. The Conference dinner will be held on Saturday evening at a venue to be determined and accommodation details will be made available shortly. More information will be made available in due course
