What is HABx?
HABx is a balloon flight within the the HAB program and will deliver unique experimental data in the form of video and other photographic data related to the incursion by meteors from one of the annual meteor storms (eg. Taurids) into the upper atmosphere.
The HABx Project Proposal is part of a sequence of balloon flights that are incrementally developing capability in the field of High Altitude Ballooning.
HABx has recently passed MDR and has phase A approval from the ASRI board, this means that it's approved to the point where the detailed design is ready to be developed.
A number of documents have been created, many are still in draft form and are in the ACR VPO.
